Jessica LeNeave has spent the last 15 years of her profession building charter schools in Utah and Nevada. She has served as teacher, mentor, and administrator in schools. Having been asked to serve in leadership capacities very early in her career, she understands the value of seeking mentorship and advice. Her mission is to continue to promote the great leaders around the world who selflessly share their knowledge and expertise.

Education means life for Ms. Inas Almossawi. She started helping young learners and volunteered at schools since she was in high school. When she received the opportunity to work and be a part of what she believed in, she did not hesitate. She worked her way up the school administration structure, learning and developing along the way. Now, being the Director of the English International School in Baghdad, Iraq, she is able to turn her dreams about education into reality, and she is truly enjoying it. She has served on international school accreditation teams as well and is excited to continue helping schools in all phases of development.

Ashley Tullo is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Trauma recovery health coach. She has dedicated the last 10 years to the health and wellness industry working globally with thousands of clients in recovery and strengthening of the physical body. Her added training in health accountability and trauma recovery brings crucial inclusion of mental and emotional well being. She has expanded her methods of body, mind, and motion bringing classroom friendly fundamentals to the next generation. Ashley is the CEO of Body, Mind, Motions, a company dedicated to helping educators and students with mental health and body awareness.
Rachel Petrimoulx, B.S.Ed., M.Ed.

Rachel Petrimoulx is an enthusiastic educator with 20 years experience who is dedicated to building a safe, positive culture for students, staff, and families that helps them succeed academically, behaviorally, and socially. She has served as a teacher, administrator, mentor, and has served in multiple leadership roles. Rachel holds a Bachelor Degree in elementary education and a Masters Degree in administration. She has obtained numerous certificates centered on mindfulness, trauma informed practices and yoga, with an emphasis in the educational setting. She is passionate about helping other educators cultivate a foundation of awareness, resilience, attention, connection and empathy in order to create healthy, thriving schools.

Irum Farhat Farooq is the founder and CEO of EduEnhance FZ LLC, an education services company based out of the United Arab Emirates. Irum serves educational institutions in the Middle East region, South East Asia, Turkey, & Nigeria. Irum continues to partner with companies and schools to offer i-Ready, an award-winning EdTech, data driven program by Curriculum Associates, accreditation services through Array Global, and professional development opportunities through Epicenter Education. Her advice to all aspiring educators and education entrepreneurs would be that offering education is one of the noblest endeavors in the world, so evaluate your priorities and aspirations very carefully before you embark on this journey!
Tiffany LeNeave

Tiffany LeNeave is a driven Elementary teacher who believes that every child is unique and enjoys helping children progress in all areas of development. In 2013 she received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. In 2019 she was named teacher of the year for Roanoke Academy. She is a current teacher in a Title I school and has been teaching for 8 years. Her experience in dealing with students from traumatic backgrounds has helped her nurture, empathize, and educate pupils from all backgrounds.
